B is for Brookshire's.
I didn't have a B picture so when I went here for some groceries this afternoon, I snapped this picture. Brookshire's is my favorite grocery store here in town. It is a privately owned chain of grocery stores operating in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. This is a big, nice grocery store for our growing little town.
They have a big wharehouse in Tyler where the family also maintains two museums that are free to the public.

That's a good "B" Anything about food is good.
I heard that the groceries in US is very big and right now I have no doubt about this. Great post on ABC Wednesday. I always learn something from this post.

I have never heard of Brookshire's...but this looks like a great store to shop for groceries.
The chain stores are everywhere these days, but I guess they make shopping more convenient
I followed the link to the museum and was pleased I did.
The Country Store pictures were great.
I think if a store can maintain these free of charge then I would be glad to shop there.

When I visit other countries I go into their Grocery Stores. It is neat to see how other places do it, either State Side or on the other side of the"Pond"
I was checking out your site today like I generally do in the afternoon and I saw you had your post up already. . . decided I better get hustling and get mine up. Took me hours to get Blogger to work but finally did it.
I have never heard of that grocery chain.

Pity about the sky, watch out though these stores will pop up everywhere and your town won't be so little
We do not have Brookshire's in our area. Interesting "B" post for me to see.
There's something very evocative about that photo. I don't know what it is but it seems right for a small town in Texas (or thereabouts).

Good idea! I was a bit stuck today, too, but finally figured something out. Haven't run into the same "B" yet...
hope the weather improves soon......it has been sunny and bright but cold over here in guisborough..........not far from mrs nesbitt's place!!

Great idea for an on the run shot. I don't have a portfolio of pictures to choose from so I'm always running around the house for ideas.

And in that store you could find Beans, Broccoli, Bananas, Bologna, Bacon, Butter, Beef, Bagels, Bandaids, Batteries, ... So it is a big B full of Bs.
The sky may be grey but here in England it's done nothing but rain for the last too weeks. Fancy a swap?
