Overheard At School

Yesterday I read the book Song of the Swallows to my class. At one point in the story the word undisturbed was used. I asked my second graders if they knew what undisturbed meant.
My favorite answer, called across the room, was: UNBUGGED. I smiled and said, "That's exactly right." I love these kids.

Unfortunately, I was the opposite of unbugged most of today!

That is cute. Kids say the cutest things. Sounds like you are doing a wonderful job with your class.

That's a great one. I see you enjoy very much your work and that is very nice too.

As for your question on my photo, it's a church and quite soon I will show when it was built.

Your posts about school *almost* makes me wish I was back in the classroom. If anyone could motivate me, it would be you!
